THE MANCUS FOUNDATION is a non-profit, self-help enterprise for the physically and developmentally challenged. We provide members with a wide range of recreational and social activities, plus door-to-door transportation to Mancus sponsored activities.

Mancus is the first and only non-profit organization in Delaware dedicated to serving the social, recreational and transportation needs of all physically and developmentally challenged individuals regardless of their disability. Mancus continues to grow and provide services to all of Delaware's disabled thanks to the help of dedicated volunteers and tax-deductible donations.
