Hall Rentals
- Hall holds up to 100 people
- Rental fee is $400 for up to 5 hours, includes any set up time you might need for food preperation and hall decorating.
- Included in the rental are kitchen privileges and hall set up and take down of tables and chairs.
- $80 for any additional hours
- All rentals must be concluded by 12:00am
- There is a $100 surcharge for holidays and the eve of holidays.
- There is a $50.00 rental credit for parties that end by 5:00 pm.

BEFORE PAYING A DEPOSIT
- Call 302.690.8254 to confirm the date you would like to reserve is available.
- Download a Rental AgreementComplete and sign a rental agreement. Return the agreement via US Mail or email.
- During the checkout process there will be an option to provide "additional information to payee", please indicate the date you are reserving in this space - after you have confirmed as available by calling 302.690.8254.
RESERVE A DATE, PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT
An additional $200.00 deposit will confirm your rental date and serve as a security deposit against any possible damage to the building, grounds, contents and/or missing items.
